On 8 and 9 June, Comavicola opened the doors of its headquarters in Limito di Pioltello to celebrate a special milestone: 70 years of history, passion, innovation and seafood culture.
This important anniversary tells the story of a journey that began in 1956 and has been built day after day thanks to the trust of employees, collaborators, clients, partners, suppliers and friends. People have always been at the heart of Comavicola’s growth: through passion, commitment and a shared vision, they have helped transform the company into a solid and recognised business, deeply connected to the seafood industry.
The 70th anniversary event was, above all, an opportunity to come together, celebrate the path taken so far and look with enthusiasm towards the challenges ahead. Two days designed to share emotions, memories and new perspectives, in an atmosphere of participation and gratitude.
Through company tours, institutional moments, networking, music and a special screening dedicated to the history of the Villa family and Comavicola, guests had the opportunity to experience the company’s identity up close and discover the value of an entrepreneurial journey built on quality, relationships and continuous growth.
The main highlight of the event was the Seafood Experience, a gastronomic journey dedicated to seafood products in all their forms. Through food trucks, a dining area and live cooking moments, the sea became experience, taste and spectacle: from raw seafood to grilled dishes, from fried specialities to signature recipes, each proposal offered a different interpretation of seafood, combining tradition, innovation and international influences.
This experience was also made possible thanks to the contribution of food partners and sponsors, who share with Comavicola a daily commitment to enhancing the quality of the seafood supply chain.
The 70th anniversary was therefore not only a celebration of the past, but also a moment to reaffirm the values that guide the company: attention to quality, a spirit of collaboration, product culture and the ability to look ahead.
