Denis Croce
Denis Croce is an Italian chef with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. After graduating in 1992 from the hospitality school in Domodossola, he worked in prestigious establishments such as Forte Village in Sardinia and the Hotel des Iles Borromées in Stresa. In 1998, he moved to Crodo, in the Piedmont region, where he founded the brand Le Crodine®, focused on local products such as artisanal jellies. He is also involved in the Ristorante Marconi in Crodo, renowned for its cuisine and warm, family-style hospitality.
